Our Mission Statement

The purpose of the organisation is that over many years of working within the sector, it has been identified that support from independent experienced, and qualified individuals is a continual benefit for businesses. This allows a fresh pair of eyes to come into the business and support areas that are perhaps not meeting requirements or the general lack of understanding of what requirements paramount for high-quality service provision are. Wraparound Consultancy intends to be the support that is lacking within the sector directly for businesses that have hit hard times through economic or political changes and implementation of legislation that is affecting their business development and growth.

Wraparound understands that change within any organisation causes uncertainty across the business and therefore reassurance is required for all involved within the business from the ground to the top floor. It is our aim that we support this process and allow all to have a voice and work together to ensure that the most important thing within the business is provided with the care and support they deserve. The Clients.

We aim to see providers grow to ease the pressure within the sector for both Adults and Children's Services and support all providers to work collectively towards national targets within Health and Social Care. It is our purpose to build bridges and gaps in communication with Government and Local Authorities to ensure that the needs of all individuals requiring additional care and support is met. We aim to work effectively with CQC and Ofsted to ensure that when we are guiding and supporting businesses, we know what good looks like and eliminate the gap and on occasions fear providers have in speaking to governing bodies such as the CQC and Ofsted in fear of not getting it right. We aim to enhance these conversations, so providers feel confident to approach and discuss concerns and get direct support from governing bodies to ensure that they are providing the best service that goes above and beyond where everyone feels added value to the service they are receiving.

We aim to support all providers to be the best they can be at meeting the needs of people who require care and support short and long-term. We believe in the end bad providers, and we will do all we can to ensure that these are supported to improve  sector to work within. We have a high priority for Safeguarding, and this comes with years of experience in seeing badly managed safeguarding issues not being managed correctly putting people further at risk of harm abuse, and neglect. We aim to upskill providers' skills knowledge and behaviours around safeguarding be open and transparent when issues are identified and have a clear and safe focus on how to resolve and keep all people safe.

We aim to support providers to ensure that homes provided to both Children and Adults are safe and effective in meeting needs and supporting development. We can do this through partnership working with providers and local authorities. We will ensure that all paperwork be electronic or paper-based is to the high-quality standard required and we will provide 100% support through training and implementation of documents and ensure this is a continual area for development. We believe in sensitive documentation and understand that this can be difficult however the dignity, and respect of all individuals requiring these services are paramount.

Staff welfare is an area we pride ourselves in, this is offered to all businesses, and the purpose of this is to independently support staff to ensure that their well-being matters. Wraparounds aim is for staff to know who they can go to and feel confident that this will be confidential unless a safeguarding matter will remain outside the workplace. We offer this service to support victims of domestic violence who might not be able to risk talking to colleagues or managers for fear of losing their jobs or being judged. We offer a service that is confidential and a referral process to ensure that individuals get the support they need when they need it.

We aim to ensure that all providers are within good to outstanding range, and we will work effectively as and when required to ensure this happens. For the children’s services we support we offer ETS this is an independent service directly for the young people that might require this. We aim to fill gaps for children and young people who are waiting to be seen by CAMHS and FCAMHS as we know this service is stretched and can take time. We aim to temporarily support the Children and Young People who need this support while waiting.

Wraparound Consultancy Ltd works within our ABCDE Moto and aims to support all to – Achievement – Bravery – Confidence – Desires – Embrace. Our ABCDE is representative of –

Achieve.

Be Brave.

Be Confident.

Have Desires.

Embrace change and new opportunities.

We have no timeframe on the length of support we offer, this is and always will be down to the business needs and requirements. We will bespoke all support packages to the organisation in all aspects including length, method, and route. Within this it is our purpose to support the length of time required only, within the method that fits the business needs better, Hybrid, Remote, or Onsite. It is not our purpose to tell people what we think they should and shouldn’t do it is our purpose to support the business to carry out what is required of them and learn through positive engagement while developing their business.
