Benny has a wealth of experience across the Health and Social Care sector for Children and Young People and is the Ofsted Registered Nominated/Responsible Individual for the business we support long term. Benny is a qualified Tutor Assessor who writes and delivers bespoke specialist courses to meet the needs of your business. Benny's CPD is vast and includes Level 8 in Health and Safety, Level 7 HR, Level 6 DSL, Level 5 in Residential Child Care, Level 6 Health and Social Care, Level 7 Leadership and Management, Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring, Level 7 Fire Training and Assessment, Level 5 MHFA, Level 5 MH, MCS and Dols, level 5 in Children’s Mental Health and more. Benny has also been qualified in counselling since 1998, has updated this to Level 7 Child Counselling, and offers all business ETS (Emotional Therapeutic Support). This is non-clinical and works alongside all other professionals involved in the child or young person's care. There isn't space on this page to share everything Benny does daily with you, but a full CPD from 1998 can provide all certifications. Benny offers specialist training to our business, covering MHFA, Fire training and assessment, CCE, CSE, FGM, Forced Marriage, DV&A, County lines, Managing Gang coercion, Medication Administration, and many more. Benny also directly supports business by writing and developing strategic plans to ensure growth is safe and secure and planning a prosperous and sustainable business. Benny's background includes working in direct service and managing at all levels. Benny works closely with the Ofsted and CQC regulations and frameworks to ensure that her knowledge and skills are always current and up to date and that the highest level of support is provided in all circumstances. Benny's roles in our current business are Director of Children's Services, Responsible/Nominated Individual, DSL, DPL, Staff Welfare lead, and H&S Lead. Benny has a vast amount of knowledge about Prevent and the County Terrorism strategy and how to support Children, young people, staff and vulnerable adults to keep themself safe while online. Quality and quality through audit management is an area in which Benny is heavily involved in the current business. We ensure you are inspected and ready, operating within the regulations, and providing added value while meeting outcomes. Therefore, there is no panic, worry, or stress around inspection because you're already doing everything you should be doing. Benny is very outcome and education-focused. Benny believes that no matter your background, you can achieve anything you want with the proper focus and support. Benny is both Trauma-Informed and trauma-trained and understands the impact Trauma can have and how, with the right tools and guidance, turn that trauma into a positive future and successful outcome.

Director and Head of Skills
Ellie is a natural leader with a rare combination of compassion, resilience, and calm confidence. Ellie's passion for care is evident in everything she does, and she has an instinctive ability to support people and teams through even the most complex and challenging situations.
Ellie's career has been built through dedication, hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to high-quality, person-centred care across children’s services, dementia and older persons’ care, learning disabilities, and mental health settings. Through continuous learning and hard work, Ellie progressed from frontline practice into senior leadership. She now works as a Consultant Manager and Behaviour Lead, supporting services across both Ofsted and CQC settings. Ellie works closely with services to drive improvement, embedding trauma-informed approaches that support safer, more compassionate care. Alongside this, a key part of her role is delivering high-quality training to develop confident and capable staff teams.
Ellie specialises in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), care planning, assessments of need, and staff leadership, helping services deliver safe, consistent, and compassionate care while reducing restrictive practices. One of Ellie’s professional qualifications is Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at Level 6, alongside a growing portfolio of qualifications that continue to strengthen her practice.
As a qualified De-escalation and Physical Intervention Trainer, Ellie is known for her steady, reassuring presence and her natural ability to manage high-risk situations with professionalism and care. She supports teams to work trauma-informed, prioritising de-escalation and ensuring physical intervention is used only as a last resort.
Ellie’s journey reflects determination, growth, and a genuine calling to care — earning the trust and respect of those she works alongside.

Recruitment Director
Zach is our Director of Recruitment at Wraparound and plays a key role in ensuring the organisations we support are able to recruit, retain, and develop high-quality, values-led staff.
Zach is not a recruiter who simply fills vacancies. He takes a people-centred approach, ensuring staff are supported from the point of recruitment and throughout their employment. His focus on staff welfare and wellbeing helps organisations build stable teams and supports better outcomes for the people they support.
Zach has recently achieved Level 8 Health & Safety qualifications and IOSH accreditation, reflecting his strong interest in safe working practices, staff welfare, and organisational wellbeing. These qualifications strengthen his ability to advise and support services in creating safe, compliant, and supportive working environments.
With a varied professional background, including extensive experience in customer service, Zach brings excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach. He is experienced in managing ongoing and complex matters, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting individuals through challenging situations.
Within Wraparound, Zach is widely regarded as a breath of fresh air. He also plays an important role as a support tutor on training courses that require a second professional present, including Hidden Crime, Safeguarding, and Physical Intervention. His presence provides additional reassurance and support to learners.
Zach will have many opportunities at Wraparound to develop, progress, and further upskill, and everything he has undertaken so far has been completed with professionalism, commitment, and genuine passion. He is a valued member of the team and an integral part of Wraparound’s continued growth and success.

Office Manager
Libby's role is paramount here at Wraparound as she is the company administrator and is training in HR. She is knowledgeable about safer recruitment and supports all our businesses with the onboarding process. Libby manages the Indeed account for many of our companies and commences the screening to save time and money for the companies we support. Libby has completed her Health and Social Care L3, taken employment law and various courses surrounding GDPR, and is working towards her L5 HR.
